WT-200 Grey water transducer is an original monitoring component manufactured by Alfa Laval, specially matched for marine oil purifiers to continuously detect water content inside oil pipelines.
This transmitter is integrated with a flanged straight pipe base for direct inline installation on the outlet pipeline of oil separators. It accurately measures the water proportion in fuel oil or lube oil and converts the detection data into standard electrical signals, which are sent to the separator control unit to realize automatic water draining control.
The whole assembly adopts marine anti-corrosion coating, with stable performance under long-term vibration, high humidity and fluctuating oil temperature inside engine rooms. It is widely used on cargo ships, tankers and offshore platforms as a core monitoring spare part of Alfa Laval oil separation systems.
