Azbil SDC36 is a 1/4 DIN (96×96mm) panel PID controller for temperature and process control. Equipped with RationaLOOP PID and Just-FiTTER overshoot suppression, it prevents overheating and oscillation. Its universal input accepts 26 thermocouple types, Pt100/JPt100 RTD, DC current and voltage signals, delivering ±0.1%FS accuracy at a 100ms sampling rate.
It supports three auto-tune modes, zone PID (8 parameter groups) and 16-segment ramp-soak profiles. Flexible outputs include relay, voltage pulse, analog and valve position-proportional signals, with heating/cooling dual control. It has 3 event alarm outputs, 4 digital inputs, optional RS485 and a PC loader port for parameter backup.
With AC100–240V power and slim 65mm depth, it features dual-color LED PV/SP display and bumpless manual-auto transfer. Ideal for ovens, furnaces, extruders and test chambers.
