EHS-CONTROL is a dedicated control module for marine watertight doors and hatch covers, housed in PHÖNIX CONTACT EG 67,5-GMF flame-retardant DIN rail enclosure. It supports both local manual pushbutton control and remote PLC signal control, with three independent adjustable time delay knobs (10~110s) to buffer door opening/closing and avoid impact damage to sealing gaskets. The module collects full open/full closed limit switch signals and outputs fault alarm contacts to cabin central control. Vibration-resistant circuit design adapts to harsh marine engine room conditions, widely used as replacement spare parts for marine watertight door and cargo hatch automation systems.
