O-WACS-100DI-5M oil water content transmitter is an original marine monitoring device manufactured by HANWHA ENGINE South Korea, designed for real-time moisture measurement in engine lube oil, fuel oil and hydraulic oil on vessels.
This complete set consists of a wall-mounted signal conversion transmitter and a 5-meter cable stainless steel immersion sensing probe. The probe can be directly installed inside oil tanks, lubricating oil pipelines and engine crankcases to continuously detect trace water content mixed in oil. The transmitter converts the measured water content data into standard industrial signal output, which can be connected to ship PLC, alarm unit and monitoring display screen.
The ABS flame-retardant housing features reliable sealing and strong anti-interference performance, adapting to high temperature, oil mist and vibration environment inside marine engine rooms. Once the water content in oil exceeds the safe threshold, the equipment will trigger alarm signals to remind crew to carry out oil purification and maintenance work, effectively avoiding engine wear, corrosion and breakdown caused by excessive water in lubricating oil. It is widely used as original replacement spare parts for ocean-going ship main engine and auxiliary engine lubrication system monitoring.
