E1071 is an explosion-proof touch HMI manufactured by Johnson Controls for boiler automation monitoring. It adopts 24 VDC power supply, equipped with RS232, RS422/RS485 serial ports plus Ethernet and USB ports for interconnecting flame detectors, valve positioners and boiler PLC controllers. The die-cast aluminum housing with UL Class 1 Division 2 hazardous location certification resists mechanical vibration and humid boiler ambient conditions. Operators can adjust combustion setpoints, view real-time pressure/temperature data, check fault alarms and export operation logs via CF card, widely deployed on marine auxiliary boilers and industrial heating boiler control cabinets.
