SPR-P06 is a marine speed monitoring relay manufactured by MEIYO Japan, powered by DC24V with standard 0~10V analog speed output for DCS and local indicators. It supports three independent adjustable speed trip points (200 / 765 / 1030 rpm) with separate trim potentiometers and fault LED indicators, providing low-speed pre-alarm, rated speed monitoring and overspeed shutdown protection for marine main and auxiliary diesel engines. The module accepts pulse signals from revolution speed sensors via T2(A)/T0(B) terminals, and outputs multi-channel relay dry contacts for fuel cut-off and audible/visual alarm circuits. Built-in sensor break detection activates the FAULT lamp when the pickup wire is open or shorted. The galvanized steel enclosure withstands salt fog and continuous vibration in engine rooms, serving as OEM spare parts for Japanese vessel speed monitoring systems. Warning labels prohibit high-voltage insulation tests to prevent internal semiconductor damage.
