PANASIA cargo hold water ingress sensor system consists of HR 66526 control module and water sensing probe. It is specially developed for ocean-going vessels to monitor accidental water inflow in cargo holds, ballast tanks and bilge wells.
The HR 66526 control module is equipped with adjustable sensitivity potentiometer and standard P/N wiring terminals, allowing on-site calibration of water detection threshold to avoid false alarms caused by splashing water. The fully sealed green plastic housing with four fixing lugs resists engine room humidity, oil mist and continuous ship vibration, and it has passed CE safety certification.
Once the sensing probe contacts accumulated bilge water, the module will output switch signal to the ship’s central alarm panel to trigger audible and visual alarm, reminding crew to start drainage pumps timely. This set of water ingress monitoring equipment fully complies with SOLAS cargo hold flooding monitoring requirements, widely used as original replacement spare parts for bulk carriers, container ships and general cargo vessels.
