KFD0-CS-EX1.54 is an isolated intrinsically safe barrier of Pepperl+Fuchs K-System series, designed for signal isolation between hazardous explosive areas and safe control rooms. It complies with global explosion-proof standards including ATEX, IECEx and UL, suitable for marine, chemical and petrochemical hazardous environments. This dual-channel isolated barrier limits voltage, current and power transmitted to field sensors to prevent explosion risks. It adopts DIN rail mounting structure for cabinet installation, and comes with matching 150Ω & 300Ω resistors as spare parts. Widely matched with 4-20mA transmitters, pressure sensors and flame detectors for industrial and marine explosion-proof control systems.
