KONTI 2 (part No.9321191110) is a valve position sensing alarm module manufactured by Pleiger Germany, specially engineered for marine hydraulic actuator monitoring. It adopts a mechanical probe rod to track valve shaft rotation stroke, with two trimming potentiometers for stroke limit calibration. Red and green LED lamps offer on-site visual status indication. The PCB circuit is fully epoxy resin potted to resist salt fog, dampness and mechanical vibration aboard vessels. It transmits position limit alarm signals to ship control systems for remote hydraulic valves, hatch cover hydraulic actuators and marine pipeline shutoff valves.
