Pneumatic Cage Type Globe Control Valve Model JLZJHP-16C with YT-1000L Electro-Pneumatic Positioner

The JLZJHP-16C DN40 pneumatic cage globe control valve is a high-precision process control valve manufactured by JLCVE. Matched with explosion-proof YT-1000L electro-pneumatic positioner, it converts 4~20mA DC control signal from DCS system into proportional pneumatic pressure to adjust valve opening continuously.

With WCB carbon steel body and cage trim structure, it features stable flow regulation performance for liquid/gas medium in petrochemical, power and marine pipelines. The top handwheel enables emergency manual operation during air supply failure, and the integrated air filter regulator keeps clean and stable instrument air for positioner operation.
