SCT 5110 is an original power supply and communication tank interface module developed by Rosemount Tankradar under Emerson Marine Solutions, specially designed for marine radar tank level measurement systems on ocean-going vessels.This integrated module provides stable 24VDC power output and multi-channel data communication bus for tank radar level transmitters installed in cargo oil tanks, ballast tanks and fresh water tanks. Three indicator lamps V1/V2/V3 on the front panel display the real-time working status of each tank measurement loop, facilitating rapid on-site fault diagnosis.The metal sealed housing and internal industrial circuit board feature strong vibration resistance, moisture-proof and salt-spray corrosion resistance, fully adapting to the harsh marine engine room and tank compartment environment. It acts as the core intermediate conversion unit between radar level sensors and the ship’s central tank monitoring display system, widely used as original replacement spare parts for oil tankers, bulk carriers and chemical carriers’ cargo tank level monitoring systems.
