EXU-61A is an original automatic voltage regulator (AVR) manufactured by TAIYO Electric Japan, specially designed for 2000KVA marine synchronous generators. It automatically adjusts generator excitation current to stabilize output voltage under variable load conditions at sea. The metal enclosed housing is suitable for cabinet installation on vessels. This unit contains sensitive semiconductor components, high voltage insulation resistance test is prohibited to avoid permanent circuit damage. Widely matched with TAIYO marine generator sets to guarantee stable power supply for ship navigation and daily loads.
