This is a PTFE (Teflon) valve seat ring (valve seat seal). Made of reinforced PTFE material, it features excellent corrosion resistance against crude oil, chemical cargo and seawater. The special stepped profile provides reliable sealing for cargo oil butterfly valves onboard tankers, preventing medium leakage under fluctuating pressure and temperature.
It is a consumable spare required during valve overhaul. We manufacture strictly following the vessel’s original drawing and dimension. Widely used on cargo handling valves of oil tankers.
