RDV-1005-200 flame detector relay is manufactured by VOLCANO for marine boiler burner flame safety control. It works with UV flame scanner to continuously monitor combustion flame; it will cut off fuel solenoid valve and trigger alarm immediately once flame loss occurs to prevent fuel accumulation explosion. With wide AC 180~264V power input, it adapts to unstable marine 220V power grid. The adjustable sensitivity knob eliminates false alarms caused by smoke, strong light and electromagnetic interference in engine rooms. DIN rail mounting design enables fast replacement during boiler maintenance, widely used as original spare parts for marine auxiliary steam and hot water boiler burner systems.
