BM4J40-Z311 is a NG4-Mini direct operated solenoid directional valve manufactured by Wandfluh Switzerland for marine high-pressure hydraulic systems. It supports max working pressure up to 315 bar with 15 L/min nominal flow rate, equipped with twin wet-pin DC24V solenoid coils of 100% continuous duty cycle for 24-hour vessel operation. The precision honed steel spool delivers low internal leakage to prevent load slipping, while adjustable damping screws reduce hydraulic shock to protect piping and cylinders. The anti-vibration cast iron valve body with anti-corrosion coating withstands hot, humid and salt-fog engine room environments. Adopting standard NG4 subplate mounting, it is easy to replace during ship maintenance, widely used as original spare parts for marine hatch cover, deck crane and remote valve hydraulic control systems.
